The idea for BW2CLUB originated from Ksenija’s deep-seated passion for women's empowerment and a recognition of the need for a dedicated platform. The inspiration struck while reflecting on the transformative power of digitalization in fostering connections and support networks. Witnessing the challenges faced by women and girls globally, the idea emerged to create a digital space where women and girls from diverse backgrounds could connect, share experiences, and empower each other to grow personally and professionally.
Envisioning BW2CLUB, Ksenija sees it as an expansive community—a secure haven where diversity is not only embraced but celebrated, and where empathy is a daily practice. It is a movement that harnesses the benefits of digitalization for meaningful
interactions while actively contributing to positive societal changes in various facets of our lives.
BW2CLUB stands as a transformative platform app that unites women and girls globally, fostering empowerment, celebrating diversity, and sparking personal and professional advancement. BW2CLUB offers a secure space for women to connect, share their
journeys, provide mutual support, explore diverse opportunities, and mutually inspire one another. The platform creates a positive and constructive community, featuring an event calendar brimming with inspiring activities and support groups. BW2CLUB is a
networking hub that actively contributes to the well-being and growth of its members, cultivating initiatives, stimulating creativity, and enhancing user's sense of self-worth.
BW2CLUB received recognition as one of the top 24 business ideas with great potential, championed by female entrepreneurs from Eastern Europe and Central Asia, acknowledged by UN Women. This milestone has opened doors to invaluable support and collaborations. The platform has garnered attention for its innovative approach and has received multiple partnerships opportunities for its positive societal impact. More to this, BW2CLUB was awarded as one of the top 10 initiatives that contribute to a better society by NLB Bank.
Additionally, Ksenija’s active participation in multiple accelerator programs has been instrumental. These experiences have cultivated cultivate meaningful connections, mentorships, and valuable opportunities, all of which played a crucial role in amplifying the vision of BW2CLUB. Furthermore, Ksenija was honored with a special recognitionby the Regional Cooperation Council for her efforts in empowering women and girls in
the Western Balkans region, an acknowledgment that warmed her heart.
BW2CLUB launched at the end of February 2024 and has been growing steadily. Ksenija's determination to empower women and girls continues to expand as she explores new initiatives, collaborations, and opportunities to further her mission. The
objective is to continue growing the community, forging meaningful partnerships, and making a lasting positive impact on the lives of women and girls globally. We invite everyone to join us on this exciting journey of empowerment, connection, and growth.
